1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Store and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Store, located in United States and Canada. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any product brand or social media platforms on which the Sweepstakes may have been promoted and/or publicized.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates and times specified by the Store. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
To enter the Sweepstakes, follow the instructions on the Sweepstakes site. Submission will result in one (1) entry. The number of times you can enter the Sweepstakes will be posted on the Sweepstakes site.
The Store will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
The Store will notify potential winners via the email address provided. If a potential winner does not respond within the required time period, he/she forfeits the prize.
Winners will receive a variety of products from our ecommerce Store. The actual/appraised value may differ at the time the prize is awarded.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
